Chactemal Estates is safely located about 40 feet above sea level, the highest land in the area, yet is only a 5-minute drive to Corozal Bay.

Chactemal Estates already has about 30 homes built, most occupied. A high fence is being constructed behind the residential areas to prevent through foot traffic and increase homeowners' security. The roads have streetlights and are in the process of being paved, more than half already finished.

Chactemal Estates is located on the Northern Highway, the major thoroughfare between Mexico and Belize and the rest of Central America. A hotel with swimming pool and a gas station are planned with plenty of space for other commercial endeavors on our lots designated as "commercial".

The residential lots and two parks are located behind these commercial lots and away from the highway. We are adjacent to ITVET, a modern technical college. A short way on the Highway south is the location of the Bethesda Medical Clinic.
